The separate permission required before submitting a child’s photo for character creation.

Seller and contact
Lumi Stories is the customer-facing brand. The legal seller is [LEGAL SELLER NAME — FURKAN TO CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLICATION].

Required confirmation
Before uploading, you must separately confirm: “I am 18 or older, and I have the parent or legal guardian’s permission to submit this child’s photo so Lumi Stories can create the personalized book.”
This confirmation is separate from checkout Terms. Lumi does not require an identity-document upload as part of this confirmation.
How the photo is used
The photo is used for private upload validation, safety/quality moderation, stylized character generation, and controlled quality review. It is not used for marketing, model training, portfolios, or unrelated reuse.
Deletion after approval
The original photo is deleted immediately after you approve the character. Lumi records the deletion result. Later story generation uses the approved character sheet rather than the original photo.
What the permission record keeps
The permission record keeps the current permission version, account, project, upload reference, confirmation timestamp, and the two affirmations. It does not keep the photo itself.
